MBS markets are not likely to develop in China according to Hu
Securitization in China seems to relate most to Securitizing Non
performing Loans
You probably need to address in greater detail the relevance of non
performing loans
Dobson and Kashyap state the following: “In other words, / the cost of
cleaning up the Big Four‟s misdirected loans through 2005 can be
conservatively put at roughly 10.4 percent of China‟s 2005 GDP, and
adding Ma‟s estimates could bring the total to as high as 18.5 percent”
